About Us
Championing Entrepreneurship. Fostering Economic Growth.
Boomin University is a nonprofit that helps underserved entrepreneurs access the coaching, capital, and connections they need to build stronger businesses and stronger communities.
Who we are
Built to Help Entrepreneurs Thrive.
Boomin University is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering underserved entrepreneurs to drive economic equity and strengthen communities. Originally founded as Black Business Boom, a social enterprise, we are now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, allowing us to expand our mission and deepen our impact on small businesses and the communities they serve.
We provide targeted technical assistance and resources tailored to the challenges underserved entrepreneurs face. Our programs are designed to break down barriers, build resilience, and equip small businesses with the tools and mentorship they need to thrive.
Why we do this work
Because Potential Shouldn't Be Limited by Access.
We believe every entrepreneur deserves a real opportunity to build a thriving business, regardless of their background, connections, or access to resources.
Too often, talented business owners have the vision and determination to succeed but lack the support, guidance, and opportunities needed to grow. That's the gap Boomin University was created to close.
Through personalized coaching, practical education, access to capital, and strategic partnerships, we help entrepreneurs overcome barriers, strengthen their businesses, and create lasting economic opportunities for themselves, their families, and their communities.
